When you complete our customer registration process as part of your 1st booking with us and / or provide your details upon our website, you are agreeing that we can store and process your information in line with this privacy policy.

From time to time, we may also communicate with you surrounding follow up appointments, special offers or products which we believe would be appropriate for your pet. This may take the form of email, telephone, text message, post or Social Media unless you have opted-out. If at any time in the future you do not wish to be included in these types of communications, or you feel our records may hold inaccurate details then you can easily ask us to update our records at any time via one of these methods:

As is standard business practice for UK small businesses, we retain records relating to our sales, purchases, services provided (inc.appointments) and company interactions for a period of 5yrs as required for auditing and UK Tax purposes. Your details may continue to be contained within these archives even if you are no longer an active user of our services. However, access to and the use of your archived details is restricted and as such, will be routinely purged from our systems as part of our electronic archive process, once no longer required.
