Like many of you, we have been closely monitoring the advice & guidance of the government and adapting our services where possible to allow us to continue serving our customers and minimise disruption.

However, following the rapid developments over the weekend and the stronger announcements from the Prime Minister this evening, it is clear that there is much more to come and also more that we can do to help our customers & the local community in minimising the spread of Coronavirus, and rate of infection.
Therefore it is with incredibly heavy hearts that Carrie and I announce the suspension of services and closure of the Salon for the next three weeks, with immediate effect. We will be monitoring the guidance from the government, but early indications are that this could be extended so at the moment it is unclear when we would be safe to return/reopen.
We will spend this evening and early tomorrow reaching out to customers with appointments scheduled for the remainder of March and early April directly (phone/email/text message) – but at this stage it is clear that we will need to postpone and reschedule all our bookings for the next few weeks.
Once we’ve completed the physical shut down of the Salon itself tomorrow (stock cleared, systems powered off etc.) we’ll also make sure we leave a notice up outside with clear closure details.
In these difficult and uncertain times, take comfort in your family, stay safe – stay home and please give your four legged friends an extra cuddle or two from us both!
