As part of our relocation project we will be bringing online a dedicated phone line for the salon – the initial installation works have been completed by the engineers and the remaining provisioning tasks should be resolved remotely over the next 48hrs.
During this time our existing line & phone number will be taken ‘out of service‘ in order to enable migration to/within the Ashley exchange.
Once the works have been completed we should then have a substantially more stable line (FTTC routed), reducing disruption and the interference on the line we were seemingly so often plagued by, previously.
We’re assured that the migration will include retaining our existing contact number (01630) 478 081 and with improved uptime/availability and overall call quality, it should be a positive improvement for ourselves & customers alike.
