With the second period of National Lockdown coming to a close later this week, Carrie and I wanted to share our plans for reopening the Salon.

We shall be heading back to the Salon over the next few days in order to get everything ready for reopening!
Whilst there will likely be a few further updates in the coming days, as we get back into the swing of things (E.g. Christmas Opening hours etc.) we wanted to share our plans so far:
- Salon to reopen on Thursday 3rd December
- Existing Covid-19 restrictions & safeguarding steps to remain in operation for the foreseeable future
- We believe we’ve separately contacted all Customers whom were affected by the recent closure/cancelations and have made provisions to offer them replacement bookings, wherever possible
- We plan to operate the remaining appointments for December ‘as normal’. I.e. for those customers whom already had an appointment confirmed in the diary for December, we will be working to honour those existing dates & times as usual
It’s going to be a pretty hectic time but we both can’t wait to get back up and running.
